Flannable is a digital insurance agency being built for small trades businesses — window cleaners, pressure washers, handymen, electricians, plumbers, HVAC techs. The people who keep houses standing and get quoted last, longest, and in the smallest print.

How we'll work

Flannable is being built as an independent agency, not a carrier. Your policy would be written by established, rated insurance companies — our job is to place you with the right one, explain it in language you can act on, and go back to the market on your behalf when your renewal doesn't look right.

Where we are today

Licensing is in progress in Florida. Until it's finished we can't quote, bind, or recommend coverage — so everything on this site is educational, and the only thing we'll ask you for is enough detail to be useful the day we can help. No premium numbers, no pressure, no policy sold before there's a licence behind it.

Who's building it

Flannable is founded by Aaron — a technical founder who has spent a career building self-serve software and got tired of watching trades businesses fill out PDFs by hand to buy a product they can't read. The fix isn't another agent; it's software that treats a solo operator like the business they are.
